Initial Consultation
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION CALL.
Consider this a Meet & Greet! This call will allow us to discover which services would be a good fit for you. During our consultation we will discuss your needs, pricing, and book your first service. Following your consultation you will complete a client intake form once we decide your service of choice. I look forward to speaking with you!
Coaching Session
You have 3 options for coaching. Our goal for coaching is to assist you in reframing your narrative while creating and producing action behind your plans. A Purposeful Life is Possible! These sessions will support you in goal setting, personal growth, accountability, perception, and behavior modification. My goal is to journey with you as you achieve your goals and walk in purpose with the peace necessary to carry out your future plans.
Normal Coaching: 60 Minute Session, 1 per week
Intense Coaching: 60 Minute Session, 3x per month, 1 Encouragement Text, + 1 free phone session
Advance Coaching: 60 Minute Session, 2x per week, 2 Encouragement texts/Check ins, 1 free phone session.
Encouragement/Motivation Session
This is a 35-40 Minute session. Perhaps you do not need an entire coaching plan/package but just need a moment of encouragement or a space to freely express your mind. This is the service for you. We will work together to challenge your current perceptions and get motivated to take the next step, however that looks for you. Consider this a pep talk, you can do it or get through it on the days you feel otherwise kind of chat. A way to remove the judgement and make a sound choice.This service is also offered via text message. After the purchase of 2 encouragement sessions, Coaching will be recommended as an alternative service and this service will no longer be available to you.
Small Business Support
This service is offered to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Upcoming pop up shop? Need an extra hand for an event? This service provides that for you. Consider this the assistant you never knew you needed. I offer superior customer service, or behind the scenes help and support. Together we can host successful events, organize your business ideas, and foster an environment that keeps customers invested in you!
Faith Talk
Faith Talk offers three 45 minute sessions and a follow up/check in after your third session. My goal for this service is to meet you where you are just as God does us and to walk with you as you strengthen your spiritual relationship with Christ. This service is an accountability check providing you with tools and ways to spend more time with God consistently. This will be a safe space for thoughts and feelings, prayer, and discovery. Let’s walk together in learning how to be intentional in our Faith.
